No matter what genre you write, there is often a war either as part of the central conflict or in the background. Is your main character a leader in the fighting? A good and competent leader? What does it take to be successful in a war?
On Saturday, September 26, 2026, come hear Stephen K. Stein show what it takes to develop a good strategy toward victory. Stephen is a former professor of military and naval history at the University of Memphis and currently teaches strategy at the US Naval War College. He is the author of seven books and numerous articles on maritime and military history, as well as the histories of technology and sexuality.
