Authors hear a lot about creating their author brands and being yourself, but what does that really mean?  Come find out Saturday, April 26, 2025 at this month’s program: Authentic Author Branding: the Power of Being Boldly You, jointly sponsored by LERA and Lowcountry RWA.

Award-winning author Shae Coon captivates readers with dark romances that thrill the senses and unravel secrets with every page turn. Known for her gripping narratives, Shae’s work includes the spellbinding Marron House Romance Series and the edge-of-your-seat Roma Mafia Series.

Once a top-performing project coordinator in construction, Shae traded blueprints for plotting tantalizing tales of passion and betrayal, fearlessly pursuing her dream of becoming a full-time author. She now channels her creative expertise into RawRiot Publishing, a complementary publishing service company where she serves as the owner, operator, Editor-in-Chief, and cover designer. Beyond her literary pursuits, Shae dedicates herself to impactful causes, including anti-human trafficking efforts, and finds balance in quiet moments spent with her husband and two children.

The chapter meeting will begin at 11:00am, with the program scheduled to start at 11:30am (Mountain Time) at the Bear Canyon Senior Center in Albuquerque or on Zoom. The program will be recorded and the replay sent out afterward to registered participants.
